What are you shooting, and where? *

We need the location to tell you whether the flight is legal there. Luxembourg has restricted zones around the airport and over some public buildings.

Who flies?

Your EU operator number * I hold a valid A1/A3 certificate and I will bring the original to the pickup *

We check the document by eye at handover and do not keep a copy. No certificate, no drone — same rule as the deposit.

Your gear is reserved as soon as you book. Pay online after booking, or by transfer or cash before the handover. Each camera comes with two batteries, a charger and a memory card. Valid ID at pickup. You can sign the agreement online before pickup, or at pickup at the latest.

Booking as a private person? You can withdraw within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, and get all your money back. Full terms

I ask you to start the rental before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. If I withdraw after the pickup, I pay for the rental up to that moment. Once the rental is complete, I no longer have the right to withdraw.
