In force from 2 September 2026 · 13 Av. Gaston Diderich, L-1420 Luxembourg
You book the studio room for the exact hours you selected. Setup, changing backdrops and packing up happen inside that time — please finish shooting five minutes before the end so the next booking starts clean.
Booking hours. Online you can book any start between 10:00 and 22:00, at least 4 working hours ahead — we count only the hours 10:00–22:00, so at 21:30 the first slot is 13:30 the next day. Need it sooner? Send a request and message us on WhatsApp +352 691 773 777. Earlier mornings and later evenings are possible but are not sold automatically: use “Ask for another time” on the booking page and we confirm by email. A request is not a booking — the time is not held and nothing is charged until we confirm it.
Standard pricing covers up to 5 people on set. Larger groups have their own rates and a minimum length: 6–10 people from 2 hours, 11+ people from 4 hours. If more people show up than you booked for, we charge the difference on the spot.
Private bookings. The price you see when booking is what you pay. It is invoiced by Andre Mitin (self-employed), which is not subject to VAT, so nothing is added on top.
Company bookings and anyone who needs an invoice. Tick “I am booking as a company” and give the company name and VAT number. Then:
Lux Photo Club members. Membership includes a studio rate: BASIC — 10% off studio hours; STANDARD — 2 hours for the price of 1, once a month, and 20% off other studio hours; PREMIUM — 2 studio hours included monthly and 30% off extra hours. Type CLUB in the promo field and book with the email your membership is paid with — the subscription is checked automatically and the rate appears in the breakdown before you pay. You do not need to write to us first.
The booking is confirmed when the payment goes through — the slot is blocked immediately and you get a confirmation by email. Unpaid slots are held for 30 minutes and then released.
The studio is handed over clean and must be left the same way: backdrops rolled up, furniture back in place, rubbish in the bin, no food or drink outside the make-up area and the kitchenette.
You are responsible for everyone you bring in and for anything they do to the room, the equipment or third parties. We recommend liability insurance covering equipment and property; without it, damage is covered by you in full. We are not liable for your personal belongings left in the studio.
If nobody is booked after you, extra time is charged at the hourly rate of your booking, in 30-minute steps. If somebody is booked after you, we have to end on time.
In case of a technical failure, a power cut or anything else that makes the room unusable, we refund the booking in full or move it to another slot of your choice. That is the limit of our liability.
We may photograph the studio for our own materials without your people or your set in the frame. Your images are yours; we never publish them without asking.
Two different things run on this page, and they are not the same thing.
Our own counter works always, for everyone. It records that a page was opened, that an hour was picked and that the payment page was opened. It writes nothing to your device and stores no IP address: a visitor is a one-way hash that is rebuilt from scratch every midnight, so yesterday cannot be linked to today even by us. This is what tells us whether the studio page works at all, and it needs no consent because nothing is stored on your side.
Third-party tools need your consent. These are: Google Analytics, Meta (Pixel). They set cookies and are loaded only after you choose «Accept all» in the cookie bar. The one exception is the Google tag, which loads immediately in a restricted mode: until you answer, it receives anonymous pings without cookies and without any identifier. You can change your choice at any time with the «Cookies» link at the bottom of the page.
One thing is stored on your device regardless: if you arrive from an advert, we keep the campaign tag locally for 30 days so that a booking can be traced back to the advert that produced it. It is stored by this site only, it is never sent to anyone else, and it contains no personal data. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your choice about cookies is separate from these terms: ticking the box when you book accepts the rental conditions, not the cookies.
Questions before you book: info@luxphotopro.com. Private bookings are invoiced by Andre Mitin (self-employed, not subject to VAT); company bookings by Lux LU S.à r.l.-S, RCS B290472, VAT LU36089387, 13 Avenue Gaston Diderich, L-1420 Luxembourg.
We use Google Analytics to see how this page is used, and advertising tools to measure our ads. Booking works the same either way. What we collect
